Kym Springer
Kym Springer drives the strategic growth of Team Builders, drawing on her 25-years of experience managing HR and Staffing challenges for companies in the energy, architecture, medical and genetics industries. This includes supporting the dynamic growth of Argus Media, Inc., an energy price reporting agency, from a small, 50-person US operation into a pan-Americas, multi-office industry leader with 4 US offices, as well as offices in Canada, Brazil and Chile, with more than 300 employees. In this role she was responsible for selecting, designing and implementing global systems including global accounting software, a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support and scale along with the company’s rapid growth. She was also responsible for all recruiting during this period, helping the company achieve a staggering 300% growth during her tenure. Kym has seamlessly handled Department of Labor, Compliance, and OFCCP Audits, managed several mergers and acquisitions, and is an expert on local and federal labor laws.
